Sangiorgio Elio supplied stone for the facade of a major building in Shanghai. As is evident from the photos, the grey stone combines extremely well with the stainless steel used in the structure. Besides the evenness of the stone, the distinctive feature of this project was the large size of the slabs supplied; in fact more than 550 cubic metres of top-grade stone was used, the equivalent of 1500 tonnes.
